2026 Outdoor: Competed in the steeplechase with top time of 13:19.23 at the Gary Wieneke Memorial (5/1) … Added multiple performances including 13:24.09 at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open (4/23).

2006 Indoor: Appeared in two events for the Cougars, posting a season-best 6:01.22 in the mile at the Mizzou Alexis Jarrett Invitational (1/10).

2025 Outdoor: Placed 12th in the 3000S with a time of 13:52.88 at the Cougar Classic (4/12).

2025 Indoor: Placed 14th at the Saluki Fast Start (12/6-12/7) in the mile (5:54.80)... Claimed fourth in the Distance Medley Relay (13:01.69) at the Rick McGuire Invite (1/31-2/1).

2024 Outdoor: PRd in the 1500 (5:17.24) at the 2024 Joey Haines Invite (3/29-3/30)...Also PRd in the 3000S (12:40.70) at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (4/26-4/27)... Finished placing ninth in the 3000S (12:40.70) at the OVC Championship (5/9-5/11)

2024 Indoor: Started the season with a PR mile (5:46.70)  at the John Gartland Invitational (12/8/23), also good for eighth... Finished the season with an eighth place finish in the Distance Medley relay (13:19.43) at teh Ichabod Invitational (2/9-2/10). 

Prior to SIUE: Ran four years at Mater Dei Catholic HS...Named the 2020 Cross Country MVP...Placed 123rd as a senior at the Illinois Cross Country State Championship...Also played soccer and basketball at Mater Dei Catholic HS while running track as a junior and senior.
