2025 Outdoo: Ran a PR 1500m with a time of 4:56.53 during the Outdoor Music City Challenge (5/2-5/3). 

2025 Indoor: Had a PR 3000m (10:55.72) at the Rick McGuire Invite (1/31-2/1), also placed fourth in the distance medley relay (13:01.69)... Ran a PR mile at the Missouri invite with a time of (5:29.41) good for 14th. 

2024 Outdoor: Started with a PR 5000m (20:01.60) at the Joey Haines Invite (3/29-3/30)... Had a PR 1500m (5:04.73) at the OVC Championship (5/9-5/11).

2024 Indoor: Did not compete

2023 Outdoor: Finished the 5,000m with a season-best time during the Gary Wieneke Memorial (4/21-4/22) at 20:12.61.

2023 Indoor: Placed 10th in the mile (5:59.54) during the John Craft Invitational (1/14) … Earned ninth in the DMR at 13:59.53 during the OVC Indoor Championship (2/22-2/23).

Prior to SIUE: Helped Triad High School to a spot in the IHSA state championships, finishing the three-mile state meet in 20:06.03 ... Her personal best for the season at three miles was 19:13.9 at the Freeburg Invitational .... Competed in cross country and track for the first time her senior year at Triad after previously playing soccer.
