2006 Indoor: Posted 5:25.95 mile at the Missouri Invitational (2/6) and 11:16.49 in the 3,000  at the Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic.

2025 Outdoor: Ran a PR 5000m with a time of 19:14.71 at the WashU Distance Carnival (3/27-3/28)... Also had a PR 1500m with a time of 4:54.67 at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (5.2-5/3).

2025 Indoor: Started the season in 13th in the mile (5:33.64) at the Alexis Jarrett Invite (1/11)... Claimed third in the distance medley relay (12:56.28) at the Rick McGuire Invite (1/31-2/1)... Had a PR mile (5:26.29) good for a 12th place finish at the Missouri Invite (2/7)... Also had a PR 3000m (10:54.51) at teh 10th Annual Russ Jewett Gorilla Classic (2/14-2/15)... Finished with a 17th place finish in the mile (5:31.37) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/25-2/26). 

Prior to SIUE: Two-time team Most Valuable Player at Granite City High School ... Two-time All-Academic honoree ... Named Rookie of the Year as a freshman ... Member of National Honor Society.
