2022 Indoor: Third leg of the school-record setting distance medley relay (11:59.82) at the OVC Championships (2/23) ... Set career best in the 3,000 (10:44.61) at the Pittsburg State Invite (1/29) ... Posted top time in the mile (5:32.82) at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/5).

2021 Outdoor: Won the steeplechase event twice during the season at the Big Blue Classic (4/10/21) and the Sycamore Open (4/24/21) ... Posted career best time in the steeplechase at the Sycamore Open in 11:33.22.

2020 Indoor:  Set three personal records...Mile PR at the SEMO dual (5:28.62), 3000m PR at the OVC Championship (10:35.06), 5000m PR at the Meyo Invitational (18:52.26)...competed in two DMRs finishing 7th in each

2019 Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 3000 steeple (11:34.60) at the OVC Championships... Took fourth while setting a PR in the 3000m at the Gateway Classic... Ran her first sub-five minute 1500m (4:58.14) at the Joe Walker Classic

2019 Indoor: Ran to a fourth place finish and PR in the 3000 (10:53.83) at the John Craft Invite... Placed fifth in the 3000 at the SIUE/SEMO Dual... Recorded her mile PR time (5:28.97) at the Marshall Invitational

Prep: Ellis lettered four seasons each of cross-country and track and field at Minooka Community High School… Team placed first at the State Championships in 2015… She was selected All-Sectional track and field in 2018… Earned All-Conference honors for track and field in 2017 and 2018… Daughter of Jonathon and Amy Ellis… Plans to major in exercise science
