2026 Outdoor: Team’s top 800 runner with season-best 2:26.33 at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open (4/23) … Competed in the 1500 with 4:53.96 at the OVC Championships (5/14) … Consistent mid-distance contributor throughout the season.

2006 Indoor: Team’s top runner in the 800 with the three fastest times of the season … Set season PR of 2:24.08 in the 800 at the Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic …  Ran third leg in the distance medley relay.

Prior to SIUE: While at Lakeshore High School, Sprague played soccer and basketball her freshman year, and ran cross country and track and field all four years ... Helped guide her track team to a third-place finish at state, and claimed a fourth-place individual finish at state her senior year (2024)... She holds the record for the fastest 1600m as a sophomore with a time of 5:20.80 (2022) and as a junior with a time of 5:17.68 (2023) and improved to 5:14.93 her senior year (2024)... During her senior year she ran a 4x800m with a time of 9:37.49 and a 4x400m with a time of 4:03.33... Sprague was recognized as an all-state athletes, Academic All-State and MVP in track and field... She was also the captain of the cross country and track teams.... She is the daughter to Matthew and Stacey Sprague.
