2026 Outdoor: Led team in shot put with 44-6.25 at the OVC Championships (5/14) … Added hammer throw mark of 48.28m at the same meet … Consistently over 12.50m in shot put.

2006 Indoor: Standout in the shot put with four of the top five Cougar throws of the season … Her three best tosses came at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships with a 42-9.75 toss … The OVC Championships, where she placed fifth overall, also was the site of her top weight throw, a 49-7.25 showing.

2025 Outdoor: Had a PR hammer throw with a distance of 46.70m at teh Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Open (4/25-4/26)...Also had a PR shot put with a distance of 14.85m at the OVC Championships (5/15-5/17), this moves her to second in programs all time performances. 

2025 Indoor: Started with third in shot put at the Alexis Jarrett Invite (1/11) at 11.81m... Had a PR weight throw at the Hoosier Horsepower Invite (1/18) at 14.57m)... Finished the season in third in shot put at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/14-2/15) at 13.07m.

2024 Outdoor: Had a PR hammer throw at the SLU Billiken Invite (4/5) at 42.63m... Also finished second in shot put at this meet at 13.27m...Claimed second in shot put at the Cougar Calssic (4/13) at 13.00m.

2024 Indoor: Claimed sixth at the OVC Indoor (2/21-2/22) in shot put at 13.27m.

2023 Outdoor: Earned gold in the shot put during the Cougar Classic (4/15) with a 13.27m throw … Also set a PR in the Discuss at 36.06m during the Cougar Classic … Placed 10th overall in the OVC Outdoor Championship at 12.48m.

2023 Indoor: Placed second in the shot put at 12.33m during the John Craft Invitational (1/14) … Finished fifth in the shot put at the OVC Indoor Championship (2/22-2/23) with a 12.33m toss.

Prior to SIUE: Threw shot put with a PR of 42-5 at Marion high school... Named to the national honor society... Placed fifth in shot put at the 2021 state championships, eighth in the discus during 2022 and third in shot put during the 2022 season.
