2026 Outdoor: Posted season-best 4:51.82 in the 1500 at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open (4/23) … Added multiple sub-5:00 performances including 4:55.06 at the OVC Championships (5/14).

2006 Indoor: Appeared in three events for the Cougars, setting her season PR in the mile at 5:24.25 at the Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/13).

2025 Outdoor: Started the season with a PR 1500m with a time of 4:56.33 at the Margeret Simmons Invite (3/21-3/22)...Went on to run a PR 3000S with a time of 11:28.50 at the Cougar Classic (4/12)... Later she had a PR 5000m with a time of 18:22.10 at the Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Open (4/25-4/26).

2025 Indoor: Ran a PR 1000m at the Bob teel Invite (1/25) with a time of 3:12.65, also good for 10th... Also had a PR 3000m at the 10th Annual Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/14-2/15) with a time fo 10:42.86... Finished the season in sixth in the DMR (12:29.20) at the OVC Indoor Championship (2/25-2/26).

2024 Outdoor: Ran a PR 1500 at the Cougar Classic (4/13) with a time of 4:59.57... Finished the season with a PR in the 3000S (11:39.60) also good for sixth, at the OVC Championship (5/9-5/11).

2024 Indoor: Started with a second place finish and a PR mile (5:15.80) at the John Gartland Invite (12/8)... Placed eighth in the DMR (13:19.43) at the Ichabod Invite (2/9-2/10).

Prior to SIUE: Joined the Cougars after running at Rogers High School...Named the Gatorade Athlete of the Year as a sophomore for women's cross country...Placed 12th as a freshman, second as a sophomore, and 21st as a junior in state competition...Also ran track and field and swam at Rogers.
