2025 Outdoor: Started her season with a PR 1500m with a time of 5:02.00 during the Margaret Simmons Invite (3/21-3/22)... Went on to have a PR 3000m at 10:50.94 during the Cougar Classic (4/12)... Also had a PR 800 at 2:26.41 and PR 5000m at 17:53.62 during the Outdoor Music City Challenge (5/2-5/3)...Finished the season with a PR 10000 with a time of 38:14.87 during the OVC Championships (5/15-5/17) also good for fifth overall. 

2025 Indoor: Started out the season with a 3000 career best 10:51.58 at the Saluki Fast Start (12/7)...Placed seventh in the 5000 (19:20.56) at the Hoosier Horsepower Classic (1/18)... Finished the season with a PR 5000m (19:37.26) at the OVC Indoor Championships. 

Prior to SIUE: Competed one season at Nicholls State and previously at Swansea University ... Versatile runner who appeared in seven different events as well as in cross country...Top 5K last season was 20:22.5 and top 6K was 23:16.5 ... Gwent league XC U23 champion ... 2022 Welsh National road relays winner ... University winner and senior women's third place at Welsh Regional U20 Championships (2021) .
