Biography

2025: Quast appeared in 27 sets over 13 matches... She had a career-high 18 digs against Southeast Missouri State (Nov. 18)...Quast posted 56 digs, 11 assists and five aces in her first season with the Cougars. 

Prior to SIUE: Was a four-year varsity starter for Stewardson-Strasburg High School...Received first team all-conference honors, and helped her team to a conference championships, as well as sectional and regional champions (2023).
