Lindsay Ross-Stewart, PhD

Dr. Ross-Stewart is in her seventh year working with SIUE athletics programs, including student-athletes and coaches, in her capacity as Sport Psychologist. In addition to her responsibilities as Director of Mental Performance, she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Health and is the Program Director for the Exercise and Sport Psychology graduate program at SIUE.

Dr. Ross-Stewart obtained both her PhD in Psychology with a sport psychology focus as well as her master's in Kinesiology with an exercise and sport psychology concentration from the University of North Dakota She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Mount Allison University in Canada. 

Within the athletics department, Dr. Ross-Stewart helps teams, coaches, and individual athletes develop their mental game for optimal sport performance.
