Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and Drury both scored in the first half of Sunday's women's soccer game and settled for a 1-1 tie at Korte Stadium.
         SIUE holds a 4-4-1 record overall and 2-3-2 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Drury's record stands at 6-3-2 and 4-2-1 in the GLVC.
         Drury opened up the scoring at the 29 minute mark when Jen Simeck bounced one in from 40 yards out unassisted.
         SIUE stormed back 22 seconds later for a goal from Kelly Limpert with an assist to Correen Roark.
         The two teams combined for 52 fouls in the game.
         SIUE next travels to Lewis for a makeup game at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
