NEW ORLEANS, La. – SIUE women's tennis won all of its matches in straight sets Saturday in a 6-0 triumph at Loyola (New Orleans).

SIUE improved its season record to 5-4. Loyola (New Orleans) dropped to 4-6.

Lindsey Raymond was perfect in her No. 5 singles victory over Alexa Mancuso, winning 6-0, 6-0. Haley Ilcewicz and McKenzie Thomas both won their matches 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 and No. 4 singles, respectively.

Monique Krutak bounced Meghan de Baroncelli at No. 1 singles 6-1, 6-2. Sierra Halverson defeated Melissa van Wuijcku 6-2, 6-3 at No. 3 singles.

Loyola (New Orleans) did not field a competitor at No. 6 singles or No. 3 doubles. SIUE also swept the two contested doubles matches.

The Cougars close out their southern trip Sunday with a 2 p.m. match at New Orleans.
