The Cougar women ran at the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Regionals at the Oklahoma State home course in Stillwater, OK.
"Overall, it was a great weekend for our squad. The meet was hosted at Oklahoma State University on a very challenging course against 35 other top schools in our area" said coach Moore. "Nearly everyone who raced had career-best finishes at the meet, so that was very encouraging."
The women's team was paced by Keri Burmester, 23:29.1. She was followed by Natalia Rodriguez with a time of 23:42.1. The team was rounded out by Emily Ellis and Gabby Wood, with times of 24:11.1 and 25:07.2 respectively.
