The Cougar men ran at the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Regionals at the Oklahoma State home course in Stillwater, OK.  Austin Woodard finished finished the race 33:17.3, a 30 second personal best over 10k for the last cross country race of his career.  Landon Skelly ran the fastest race for the men, with a time of 32:48.0.  Roland Prenzler was next for the men, finishing 33:17.3.  Joseph Stone rounded out the race for the men at 36:05.7.

"Nearly everyone who raced had career-best finishes at the meet, so that was very encouraging" said coach Moore.
