Jill Lambrechts and
Amelia Gorman each were double winners Wednesday as SIUE women's tennis defeated McKendree 4-3.
SIUE improved to 13-4 with the victory and now looks forward to Sunday for Senior Day.
Caitlyn Sporing and
Melissa Vizcardo will be honored in a 10:45 a.m. ceremony before SIUE's 11 a.m. Ohio Valley Conference match against Southern Indiana.

On Wednesday. Lambrechts and Gorman led the Cougars. Lambrechts and
Jordan Schifano defeated Viola Cipriani and Camilla Fonseca 6-1 at No. 1 doubles.
Margaux Guibal Britt and Gorman secured the doubles point with a 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles against Mariana Caicedo and Ryhan Cook.
Lambrechts was first to win in singles for the Cougars as she bested Cipriani 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles. Gorman, playing No. 3 singles, dispatched Cook 6-1, 6-1.
Fabiola Perez earned the clinching point for SIUE, defeating Caicedo 7-5, 6-0.
