Nicole Medlin (MB) receives Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week honors after her performance at the Cougar Classic, SIUE's home volleyball tournament.
After the three-game weekend, Medlin tallied 38 kills, hitting at a .345 clip. She also contributed four digs and 14 total blocks; of these blocks, four of them were solo and 10 were assisted. In the game against Bellarmine, Medlin had a single-game high of 15 kills.
Medlin now leads the team with 79 kills this season, averaging 1.98 kills a set. She is also ranked fourth in the OVC with an overall hitting percentage of .306.
The Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week honors an SIUE student-athlete who demonstrated excellence in competition.
