EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Cross Country's freshman Erica Woodard (Philo, Ill.) receives Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week honors after her first collegiate race last Friday.
Earlier last week Woodard was recognized as an OVC runner to watch and made her mark at the Southeast Missouri Red hawk Invitational. Woodard placed 10th overall, out of 92 total runners, running a 19:03.597 averaging a 6:08 mile time.
The Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week Honors an SIUE student-athlete who demonstrated excellence in competition.
