FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – SIUE cross country wrapped up the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival with multiple personal bests in the men's 8k and women's 5k races.
Kinze Shea led the women's team placing 108
th crossing the finish line at 18:36.6 this is also good for a new PR 5k.
Two other runners set new personal bests as well.
Kaylee Sprague finished with a time of 20:18.0 (222
nd) and
Arianna Neisen had a time of 20:57.7 (242
nd).
Tanner Emerson led men's cross country finishing in 155
th with a time of 26:28.6, this is also good for a new personal best in the 8k.
Jack Willenborg also had a PR time of 27:07.9 (219
th)
Also competing for the women was
Erica Woodard (175
th / 19:22.2),
Ana Keller (196
th / 19:42.8),
Mia Loafman (217
th / 20:09.1) and
Emilee Franklin (228
th / 20:27.5).
On the men's side Freshman
Aaron Conderman finished 190
th with a time of 26:59.2. Also running for the men was Cullen Kreig (251
st / 28:45.8), Reece wolf (257
th / 29:02.9).
The men's team finished 29
th out of 30 teams. The women's team placed 28
th out of 29 teams.
