CLEVELAND, Ohio – SIUE's Brock Woodcock has been selected as the Mid-American Conference West Division Wrestler of the Week.

Woodcock secured a perfect 3-0 record this past Sunday at the Norman Duals in Norman, Oklahoma.

The junior from St. Clair, Missouri, collected technical fall victories over Duke's Aurelius Dunbar (18-0) and Tarleton State's Finn Shepard (15-0). The Cougars were big winners as a team in those matches 36-7 over Duke and 43-6 over Tarleton State.

Woodcock also defeated Oklahoma's Peyten Keller. He bested the returning All-American and No. 33-ranked opponent 13-7.

The MAC also honored Lock Haven's Wyatt Henson as the co-West Division Wrestler of the Week.

SIUE's next action is the Ken Kraft Midlands Championships in Evanston, Illinois, on Dec. 29-30.
