LAST WEEKEND: The Cougars won their fifth Ohio Valley Conference series of the year, their second by sweep, at Little Rock. SIUE averaged 7.3 runs in the series and hit nine home runs. 

CONFERENCE CALL: SIUE is playing its 14th Ohio Valley Conference season in 2025. At 13-5, the Cougars are tied for first in the league. SIUE opened at 5-1, the best start to an OVC season since the 2015 team started 6-0 and 9-1. The Cougars are 154-209 all-time in OVC play.
