EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE baseball Head Coach Sean Lyons has announced his schedule for the 2026 season, which features 23 home games at Roy E. Lee Field at Simmons Baseball Complex.

The Cougars' season opens Fri., Feb. 13 with the start of a three-game series at North Alabama. Following the home opener against Illinois State on Feb. 17, SIUE returns to the road for a weekend series at Southeastern Louisiana.

The longest homestand of the season begins with a single game against Saint Louis followed by a four-game weekend series against Eastern Michigan and another single game with Bradley.

The Cougars will travel to Kansas State and play host to Valparaiso in nonconference weekend series and play single games against SIU Carbondale and on the road at Illinois State ahead of the Ohio Valley Conference schedule.

The OVC schedule opens on the road at Morehead State. The Cougars also will travel for series at Southern Indiana, Western Illinois, Southeast Missouri and Eastern Illinois.

Home series in league play include Tennessee Tech, Little Rock, Lindenwood and UT Martin.

The OVC Championship returns to Marion, Illinois May 20-23.
