BANDON, Ore. – SIUE golf finished fifth among a talented 15-team field at the 17^th annual Bandon Dunes Championship completed Tuesday at the Pacific Dunes Course. It is the team's best finish at the tournament.

The Cougars finished at 856 (+9). Oregon State (-31) claimed the team title. Oregon finished second at 14-under.

Individually for SIUE, Brady Kaufmann tied for 20^th, finishing at even par. Will Simpson finished one-over and tied for 23^rd. Preston Bily tied for 40^th at five-over.

Brent Reintjes, playing as an individual, and Max Bruening both finished at seven-over and tied for 51^st. Tomas Rascon tied for 63^rd at 10-over.

Oregon State's Nguyen Anh Minh claimed Medalist Honors at 13-under.

SIUE is back on the course March 30 at Butler's Don Bonbon Invitational.
