EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE Athletics along with the Ohio Valley Conference has released its men's and women's conference basketball schedules.

The men and women will each play a round-robin slate of 16 games against eight other OVC opponents.

Both programs begin their conference season at home against Lindenwood December 30. The Cougars will wrap their regular seasons with a home weekend Feb. 25 and 27 against Eastern Illinois and Southern Indiana, respectively.

The teams will play doubleheaders for 15 of the 16 conference dates, the exception being the Tennessee State games at First Community Arena. The men will face TSU Wed., Feb. 17 while the women's teams will meet Thu., Feb. 18.

The 2027 OVC Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament is slated for March 3-6 at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana. It marks the 10th year in a row the event will be held at the venue, and the event is contracted to be there through 2032.
