Torre roams the First Community Arena sidelines for the first time in August 2021, but Torre is no stranger to SIUE - standing as one of SIUE volleyball's most accomplished alumni.
During her playing career, which spanned from 2012 through 2016, Torre twice earned All-Ohio Valley Conference First Team honors and helped SIUEÂ to the OVC Championship final in 2013. Torre graduated with her Bachelor's degree in 2016, before taking her talents to Germany to play professionally at ProWin Volleys TV Holz.
Upon returning stateside, Torre took a position as JV coach at Highland Middle School in nearby Highland, Illinois, taking over as head coach on an interim basis for the 2019-20 season. In addition to her position on the SIUE staff, Torre serves as coach of Liberty Middle School in Edwardsville.
In her position, Torre will focus primarily on middle blocker development, along with attacking and blocking.
