2016: Appeared in 100 sets and finished season with 183 kills ... Major presence at the net with 75 blocks, the most by an SIUE outside hitter for the season ... Had five blocks in four different matches during the season ... Recorded second double-digit effort in kills at the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament with 13 in the semifinals against Austin Peay ... Set season best in digs with 15 against Toledo ... Her lone double-double of the season was a 10-kill, 14-dig effort against Dayton ... Helped the Cougars set school record for Division I wins in a season (22) and Ohio Valley Conference wins (13)  ... Helped SIUE advanced to the OVC Tournament finals.

2014: Finished season third on the team in kills with 202 ... Appeared in 25 matches and averaged 2.17 kills per set ... Recorded hitting percentage of .111 ... Set single-match high for kills with 17 against Air Force (Aug. 30) on 47 attacks ... Boasted sixth most service aces in a single match in school history with seven against Air Force ... Set career high for digs in a match with 16 against Winthrop (Aug. 30) ... Matched career high in blocks with five at Northern Kentucky (Sept. 6).

2013: Recorded double-digit kills in four out of the last seven matches of the season ... Key outside hitter for the Cougars in the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament run to the finals in first-ever tournament appearance ... Hit .231 and finished OVC Tournament with 26 kills ... Set personal best with 14 kills against Eastern Illinois in a five-set match at the Vadalabene Center (Nov. 12) ... Hit season-best .480 in the match against EIU ... Recorded double-digit kills in six matches ... Helped Cougars finish fourth among OVC teams in kills.

Prep: Two-time third team All-State selection at Brookfield Central High School outside Milwaukee ... Three-time All-Conference performer ... Team Most Valuable Player as a senior ... Named the Lancers' Team Most Valuable Player following her senior season  ... Earned Most Improved Player award and Hustle Award as a junior ... Played her club volleyball for Milwaukee Sting which finished fifth at the 16 AAUs and second in 17 Open AAUs ... Also played one season of softball, earning first team All-Conference honors as a pitcher ... Hopes to pursue a degree in exercise science from SIUE ... Parents are Jan Michael and Kim Held.
