Cougars Roll Over Panthers 9-0

         EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- The winning streak continues for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville women's tennis.
         The Cougars made it eight matches in a row Friday with a 9-0 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory over Kentucky Wesleyan. The match was played at Kings Point in Belleville due to weather conditions.
         SIUE improved to 12-7 overall and 8-2 in the GLVC. KWC fell to 2-11 and 0-10.
         Sarah Rhein, playing No. 4 singles Friday, extended her personal winning streak to 10 singles matches with a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Brittany Deese.
         Amanda Neibur also chipped in a perfect pair of sets with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Alycia Lynch at No. 6 singles.
         The Cougars close out the regular season Saturday in a 10 a.m. matchup against Bellarmine.
