EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE women's tennis is set to face Eastern Illinois for a Wednesday home match starting at noon. The match will be played on campus at the SIUE Tennis Courts.

The Cougars are currently 3-1 in Ohio Valley Conference play, with their first loss coming last Friday against Murray State, 5-2. The squad finished the weekend with a 7-0 victory over Austin Peay.

 Lexi Aranda (4-0) and Monique Krutak (4-0) are currently undefeated in conference singles play.

The Panthers are 8-3 overall and 3-0 in OVC play with wins over Austin Peay, Tennessee State, and Murray State.

"We are excited to play another conference match at home after finishing strong last weekend," said Head Coach Amanda Pratzel. "This week we play three of our last six conference matches, so we need to focus on the current match and afterwards move on to the next one."
