U.S. Air Force, Colo. – Brady Kaufmann shot a second-round 68 and is just four strokes back at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational.
Kaufmann only trails Colorado State's Matthew Wilkinson on the leaderboard.
SIUE golf slipped back to sixth despite taking a stroke off its first-round score. SIUE is seven-over after two rounds. Colorado State lead the team race at nine-under. San Jose State (-7) is two strokes back in second. Utah State (-1) is third.
Also, for the Cougars Alex Eickhoff is eighth after posting a second consecutive round at one-under. Will Simpson is five-over and is 48th. Brent Reintjes (+9) is 78th. Preston Bily is 108th.
Monday's final round is set to tee off at 7:30 a.m. MT.
