GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Brady Kaufmann moved into the top 20 and SIUE golf is 16th after two rounds at the Loyola Intercollegiate.
The Cougars took three strokes off their opening round score, shooting 290 (+3) Monday. They are seven-over for the tournament.
Loyola and Richmond are tied for the top team spot. Both are 20-under par.
Kaufmann shot a 68 (-4) Monday and is tied for 17th at four-under for the tournament. Tomas Rascon shot a 75 (+3) Monday and is one-over for the tournament and toed for 59th.
Preston Bily, playing as SIUE's individual was even Monday and is 72nd overall at three-over.
Will Simpson is five-over and is tied for 84th. Max Bruening is six-over and is tied for 90th. Brent Reintjes is tied for 112nd.
Grand Canyon's Campbell Kerr and Richmond's Carson Baez are 11-under and tied for the individual lead.
The final round is Tuesday at Palm Valley Golf Club.
