MILWAUKEE, Wis. – SIUE women's soccer closed out the nonconference season Sunday with a 7-0 loss at Milwaukee.

The Cougars, 1-7-1, begin Ohio Valley Conference play next Sunday at Eastern Illinois. Game time is set for 3 p.m. in Charleston, Illinois.

SIUE's final nonconference game resulted in five shots overall with two shots by Claire Nieroda and one each by Audrey Roberts, Sydney Lane and Sissi Loza. Sarah Bozeman collected five saves in goal for SIUE.

Milwaukee picked up two goals each from Emily Petring and Kristina Karlof and improved to 3-4-1.
