EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Cross Country will travel to Eastern Illinois for the Walt Crawford Open this Friday. The event will take place at EIU Tom Woodall Panter Trail.
 
The men's 8k is set to start at 4:00 p.m. and the women's 6k will start at 4:45.
 
There are seven total schools competing, including Eastern Illinois, Lindenwood, Morehead State, Lakeland College, and Parkland College (women only).
 
LAST WEEK
The Cougars saw strong performances on both sides of the program. Grad transfer Ian O'Laughlin finished second overall with a time of 15:27.30. Erica Woodard led the women's team with a time of 18:34.96.
 
As a team the men's team finished fourth out of eight teams, and the women finished sixth out of 10 teams.
