EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE women's basketball Head Coach Samantha Quigley Smith has revealed her 2026 nonconference schedule which features nine home contests at First Community Arena.

The Cougars will open the year with an exhibition game against Saint Louis (Oct. 20). They'll go on the road to face Illinois State (Oct. 26) before the regular season gets underway.

The regular season commences with the home opener against Judson (Nov. 3). SIUE will play four other home games in November beginning with Milwaukee (Nov. 8). The Cougars will face Central Methodist in the annual Education Day game (Nov. 12). They will also take on Eureka (Nov. 14) and Valparaiso (Nov. 22) in November home games.

A rivalry matchup with SIU Carbondale (Dec. 7) and a game against St. Francis (Ill.) (Dec. 22) round out the home schedule before OVC play.

SIUE will travel for November games at IU Indy (Nov. 5), at Northern Illinois (Nov. 17) and at Missouri (Nov. 24). December includes road games at Indiana State (Dec. 2), at Murray State (Dec. 5), at Oklahoma State (Dec. 9) and a tournament at Florida Atlantic (Dec. 19-20).

The nonconference schedule is in addition to the previously announced Ohio Valley Conference schedule.
