EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE Golf will play host to 17 teams Monday and Tuesday for the 2026 Dolenc Invitational.
The event will take place at Gateway National Golf Links, Madison, Illinois
The course is a par 71 and will play at 6,985 yards.
The field includes host SIUE, Bellarmine, Bradley, Eastern Illinois, Idaho, Indian Hills CC, Lindenwood, Missouri State, Northern Iowa, Morehead State, Southern Indiana, Southern Utah, Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech, UT Martin, Weber State and Western Illinois. Kansas State is sending individuals only.
The 54-hole tournament will play out with teams playing the first two rounds (36 holes) on Monday and the final 18-hole round Tuesday.
This season marks the 15th time in the last 16 years that SIUE has hosted a home event (they did not host in 2020). SIUE has won its home tournament six times and finished within the top three five other times. Twice previously, the Individual Medalist has come from SIUE.
All nine SIUE gofers will take part in the tournament. The Cougars' lineup for the event:
