The SIUE women's soccer team will have a difficult road to the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship. The sixth-seeded Cougars travel to third-seeded Missouri-St. Louis on Oct. 31 for a GLVC quarterfinal matchup.
         SIUE sealed its fate Sunday with a 1-0 loss to Wisconsin-Parkside at Bob Guelker Field. It was the fourth straight loss for the Cougars and gave them a 9-5-1 record overall.
         If SIUE wins in the quarterfinals, the Cougars travel to Wilder, Ky., as host Northern Kentucky faces the winner of No. 5 Saint Joseph's and No. 4 Indianapolis on Nov. 3. SIUE would play the winner of No. 7 Quincy and No. 2 Wisconsin-Parkside.
