EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Cougars collected their sixth straight victory with a win over Saint Joseph's College 4-0 Sunday at Korte Stadium.
         The Cougars improved their record to 10-4-2 overall and 8-3-2 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The SJC Pumas fell to 2-12 overall and 2-9 in the GLVC.
         SIUE outshot the Pumas 25-6 leading to its 4-0 victory.
         Kayla Fromme scored the Cougars' first goal with an assist from Kelly Limpert 19:38 into the first half.
         SIUE scored the rest of its goals in the second half the first coming from Jessica Brentana 1:46 into the second half with an assist from Jenny Kates.
         Kates then scored 3:03 into the second half with an assist from Elizabeth Ball and Elizabeth Valenti had an unassisted goal with 2:30 to play.
         The Cougars play at home again on Friday versus Ferris State in a non-conference game at Korte Stadium. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
