Revised Prelims Schedule

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Due to rain and poor weather conditions, day one of the NCAA West Preliminaries was suspended.

Greg Block was able to compete in the hammer throw before the event was suspended. Despite tossing a mark of 191 feet, 7.5 inches, Block will not advance in the NCAA Preliminaries.

The revised schedule for the remaining five SIUE athletes is listed below. The high jump was moved indoors to the Anschutz Sports Pavilion.

Julian Harvey
Long Jump: Friday 9 a.m.
High Jump: Friday 2:30 p.m. (Anschutz Sports Pavilion)
Triple Jump: Saturday 9 a.m.

Derek Drew
400-meter hurdles: Friday 12:20 p.m.

LaDonna Caston
100-meter hurdles: Saturday 11:30 a.m.

Brittney Gibbs
Triple Jump: Saturday 12:30 p.m.

Claire Nolan
Shot Put: Saturday 9:30 a.m.
