Kassidy Dexheimer turned in a pair of strong performances with PRs in both the 800m (2:14.41) and the steeplechase (10:54.76). Dexheimer was the winner in the steeplechase.

Kailah Carter ran a career PR by more than a full second in the 400m (57.39), placing fifth in a field of 22 sprinters

Lejla Hajderovic and
Folasade Oladipupo each set a season bests in the 100m and the 200m. Hajderovic ran the 100m in 12.37 and the 200m in 25.95. Oladipupo timed in at 12.66 at 100m and 26.15 at 200m.

Izzy Kennedy placed seventh in the long jump (5.33m), the longest legal jump of the season for the Cougars

Jamie Tabron recorded a PR in the shot put (12.33m) and the hammer throw (41.16m)

Stephanie Montenegro posted a PR in the hammer throw (43.61m)
