--Kassidy Dexheimer turned in a pair of strong performances with PRs in both the 800m (2:14.41) and the steeplechase (10:54.76). Dexheimer was the winner in the steeplechase.
--Kailah Carter ran a career PR by more than a full second in the 400m (57.39), placing fifth in a field of 22 sprinters
--Lejla Hajderovic and Folasade Oladipupo each set a season bests in the 100m and the 200m. Hajderovic ran the 100m in 12.37 and the 200m in 25.95. Oladipupo timed in at 12.66 at 100m and 26.15 at 200m.
--Izzy Kennedy placed seventh in the long jump (5.33m), the longest legal jump of the season for the Cougars
--Jamie Tabron recorded a PR in the shot put (12.33m) and the hammer throw (41.16m)
--Stephanie Montenegro posted a PR in the hammer throw (43.61m)
